I. Basics
This class will teach you
the basics of creating a SIF file using ProjectSpec. We
will cover how to place parts with our catalog or by part
number. We will also show you how to get around in the
program and how to manage your work. This is a great class
for new users.

Pricing/Discounts
In this class we will cover some more advanced topics regarding
the pricing of your records. We will show you how to price
individual records or the entire file. Need to add
subtotals? We can show you how to. We will also teach you
how to set up discount tables and discount by either MFG code,
part number, or more! III.
Options/Std. Options
In the Options class you will learn how to option out a record
and apply those options to the whole file, or specific parts
numbers. You will learn how to set up your option tables,
and then edit them at a later time. We will cover, Auto
Option, Standard Option, Option Tables and more! IV. Printing
This class will show you some more
advanced features of printing your proposal. Learn how to
customize your work, to include your company logo and company
information. Learn how to print certain criteria,
subtotals and more! V. Advanced
SIF Editing
Need to maximize your
ProjectSpec? Learn how to properly TAG records, merge SIF
files, join records and sort your data. VI.
ProjectInfo
Did you know that you can set up all
of your customer data, sales info and even additional charges
using this sometimes overlooked option? Learn how to
maximize you work using this extra option in ProjectSpec. VII.
ProjectAnalysis
With ProjectAnalysis you
can search your warehouse SIF file to find parts and pieces for
your new job. Don't order parts you already have in
stock! Learn how to use this cost saving tool.

AutoCAD Basics
You will learn basic techniques and tools in AutoCAD
so that you will be more proficient when using
ProjectSymbols. You will learn how to set up your drawing,
placing walls, doors, and other basic architectural elements.
II. ProjectSymbols Basics
Learn
how to place symbols by the catalog and by part numbers. Move
and edit your symbols, and do SIF takeoffs and quickcounts.
You will also learn how to covert your symbol drawings into 3D.III. ProjectSymbols
Advanced
Here you will learn to use the PSPlace commands such as Replace,
Tags, Texted and Non-Texted install plots, and 3D plots.
