AutoCAD/Software Support Technician

ProjectMatrix, a leading software developer for the contract furniture industry, is looking for an experienced AutoCAD/Software Support Technician.  The applicant must be able to interact with others to complete projects and resolve any issues that arise.  Responsibilities include customer phone and email support for our software, which works in and out of AutoCAD, and assist in the creation and maintenance of manufacturer specific block libraries.
