ProjectSymbols for CET Designer is a menu based program used to place “Non-Expert” products into a CET Designer layout or project. Purchasing the Multi-Manufacturer Upgrade or the DVD Subscription is easy! Simply deter-mine how many seats you will be purchasing and whether or not you will be purchasing the DVD subscription.

ProjectMatrix introduces eUpdate for Steelcase Users. eUpdate is an email broadcast to inform the user of the electronic catalog and AutoCAD library updates for the current week. The new eUpdates will be posted every Friday afternoon, and will list the following information:

• ProjectCatalogs releases compiled and released since the previous Monday.
• ProjectSymbols Block Libraries completed and released
• New software patches and enhancements released that week, with a list of the program enhancements.

The catalog and symbol library information is listed by manufacturer. ProjectMatrix compiles and releases electronic catalog data within 48 hours of receipt from a manufacturer. Unless instructed to “hold” the release until a given date, the data is posted as soon as the data is verified. We realize that more than 65 manufacturers on the distribution list, it can become confusing to always have to check the ProjectMatrix web site to check for updates. eUpdate will eliminate the need to constantly check for updates on the ProjectMatrix download site.

Please tell us what manufacturers you would like us to add! ProjectMatrix is always looking to add new manufacturers to our distribution list. If you use a manufacturer that isn’t listed in our Data Download section of the web site, just fill out the form below, and we will contact that manufacturer. If they already create electronic data, the process of adding the manufacturer can go quickly. But many manufacturers haven’t created electronic data, and some of those manufactures have told us the cost was prohibitive. ProjectMatrix works with those manufacturers to create the data as a much lower cost, and we even provide them templates to make the data themselves!

Your input is important!

Sometimes a manufacturer has the data but is reluctant to make the data available to all vendors. Sometimes it can be resolved with a phone call from you, the dealer or user that you use ProjectMatrix software and would like to specify their product electronically. With your assistance, we almost always get the data!
