Q. When I use the "Room Wizard", I can't see into the room to place furniture because the walls are blocking my view.
By right-clicking on any wall, you can access the Wall menu. Select the "Stub Wall" command
to temporary shorten the wall so you easily view past the wall. To reverse the command, right-click the "stubbed" wall and select "Unstub
Wall" from the menu.

Q. I
want to add a texture or color to my floor but I can't select the floor to add the texture.
By using the "Room Wizard" to create your room, the floor layer is defaulted
to "Display Only". To add a texture or color to your floor, change the layer to "On". Then you will be able to select your floor.
***NOTE*** We recommend that when you are not modifying your floor, to keep the layer in "Display Only". Otherwise it is
difficult to select symbols without selecting the floor.

Q. How
compatible is ProjectWorkspace with AutoCAD and other software packages?
ProjectWorkspace is very compatible. Drawings can be imported from or exported to AutoCAD
with no loss of product attribute data. Once a ProjectWorkspace drawing is imported into AutoCAD, the blocks can be reloaded from
the original library.
DWG files from other popular software packages have imported with a high level of success. Fully rendered images can be exported
to Google Sketchup where additional rendering styles and shadows may be applied to the images. SIF product data may also be imported
from and exported to a large number of industry software tools.
